Wow, this is impressive. My pal Peter found this on Mashable about Social Media training. Telstra have published their social media training guide on the web in an easy to read comic book format with embedded videos, 2 of which have been published onto YouTube. What a great way to make sure everyone gets to see the guidelines. And they’re simple and straightforward
It’s a great way of leading the field in this area, and like IBM, who published their social media guidelines onto the web, I think its a great idea.
Social media is all about discoverability and communication and channelling the torrent of information into something manageable, constructive and useful
