Social Media examiner has got a list on 8 new features that LinkedIn have added to their offering. The companies page is particularly useful. You can now add your services to the Companies area which will enhance the information about you in your personal profile and link you to an organisation. The analytics tab shows you how many people have viewed the page, and how many link click throughs there’s been to your actual web site.
Other good features for companies are the ability to recommend, share information, advertise jobs and syndicate your blog posts and Twitter feed.
LinkedIn’s new features are certainly moving towards the de facto landing place for professionals, recruiters and connectors. But there are still so many professionals who are still not using LinkedIn.
