Well this has appeared at just the right time. Jason asked me about Avaya communications manager the other day, and I was having a look on the downloads site and found this:

Now, with the Telephony advisor documentation, and the information about how to make things work with Cisco call manager, you’re almost all set.

As you may know the UK User groups get together a couple of times a year for a joint event down here at the Reading Campus. This will be a big event involving many of the user groups in the UK.
Here’s the information about the event…
The event will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday the 8th and 9th of April at Microsoft in Reading. There will be a massive range of content and the days are themed with the Exchange and Unified Communications topics taking place on Tuesday.

One other thing about the event is that we are looking for anyone who has deployed an interesting solution with current release software to spend 5 minutes talking about it at the end of each day. There will be a great prize for the winner. If you are interested let me know ASAP.
Finally, I realise that London based events have been a bit thin on the ground recently! Likely there will be a gap in May but after that I will try and get a couple of great events sorted before the Summer!
